Josh,

Thanks for the fact. That's really neat that your drummer was involved in such a successful band. I wish your band the same success.

A little interesting fact - my drummer played drums on, engineered and produced Fall Out Boy's first few albums. He also played with 7 Angels 7 Plagues (huge underground hardcore band), and is a jazz drummer. I wouldn't be plugging him right now but I really like him.

Good choice on going with the CD. No downloads are going to beat the sound quality of the CD. Not yet, anyway. :)

HAL is the Artificial Intelligence computer in 2001: A Space Odyssey. Considered a "classic", but I wouldn't recommend wasting your time on it. :)

Dan,

I could've bought Fall Out Boy from iTunes, but Best Buy had them on sale for $11.99. The two dollar difference made up for no DRM IMO. I totally agree with the exclusives from Best Buy. The exclusives from Target aren't aren't any better.

Bes,

Thanks for the feedback on the security questions. Still zero spam. I'm not sure what HAL is though. :)

About Best Buy, when are big corporations going to realize that the WWW part is not required unless one makes it required. And in this case, it seems their server was setup to not redirect WWW automatically should someone enter it along with a subdomain. It's like my ISP always telling me to type WWW before any website address when I tell them the internet isn't working. lol.

Off-topic: I like your new security question in comments. I am sure HAL would be able to answer that question, though. :p

I've never really been impressed by the exclusive stuff that Best Buy has given away in the past. For example, when they give you an exclusive DVD of extra features where 90% of the stuff is on the special features of the DVD you just bought. At least this DVD will play in an ordinary player and not exclusively on a Windows PC in an IE Browser window.
