I think I remember the guy.  Didn&#039;t he play the bad guy in those Candy Man movies?

I agree with you that the first one was much better from a suspense (and mystery) point of view.  The 2nd and 3rd movies I basically watched to see how everybody would die.  Yes, I&#039;m twisted like that. :)</description>

If I remember correctly, either in the first installment or the 2nd one, the 2 main characters go to a place where someone is burning bodies in the basement [Tony Todd as William Bludworth]. If I remember correctly, that guy is somehow shown to know something about what happens afterwards and thus more than the other people. I may be wrong, though. 
 
They did make each movie gorier than the precious one. I still think the first one was better than the other two, as it shows confusion and mystery to the whole thing. </description>
