It’s cookie based, so once per computer. Unless, of course, you like clearing your cookies to cheat. Shame on you if you do that.

Ronald, can you please delete the first comment? You definitely need to switch your host. It didn’t submit the first time so I stopped, added a line and submitted again. I didn’t mean to spam
