Life is a Blog - Do Unto Others

Posted by Ronald Huereca Feed Icon

The Life is a Blog series is a series reflecting on my past year of blogging. The series aims to gather feedback from my readers in order to make improvements to my blog. You can find the rest of the series in the Life is a Blog category.

I feel very blessed to have developed several relationships with other bloggers. Relational blogging is very important and helps you grow as a blogger.

I try to treat other bloggers as I would want to be treated. What are your expectations from me as a blogger? In what ways can I treat you better?

I second that - just stay what you are now, don’t change :-)

This is my first visit to your blog Ronald, and I am now doing what I believe to be fulfilling what I would desire people to do for me, and that is, leave a comment to let me know you’ve visited.

Those that leave comments have no idea how much they shape a blog. Everyone expects the blog owner to drive the blog like a one-man-band. However, feedback shapes the thoughts of the blogger and help to make the blog more effective for the readers.

ronaly, I like you just like you are. You go out of your way to make your readers feel good coming here, you respond to our feedback comments we leave on your posts, you are fun, and I feel comfortable at your blog.

Now, I do echo what armen stated above regarding visiting your readers blogs and leave a comment to say hey I stopped by; or comment on a post. I enjoy interaction between bloggers. Now having said that, some of us may not have anything on our blog you are interested in reading or commenting on…. so, I dunno what the answer is really.

I am sincere about my comments regarding you. I continue to return here for those reasons.

    HTH, enjoy the weekend! :)

    Aye!

    clau, inspirationbit,

    Thank you.

Thanks for stopping by and welcome to my site. Commenters do indeed help shape a blog’s direction and give the blog author a feel for what type of audience the person is writing to.

I usually subscribe to blogs, but I only comment on maybe three of four regularly. I will try to get out more. :)

To the motion I say Aye.
I try to comment as much as possible and to e-mail suggestions to bloggers whenever I think of ways to improve their presence (I DO try not to be too pesky).

Be as pesky as you want on this blog. Most of the blog’s design is by suggestion of readers. I do plan on a re-design soon (2 - 3 months maybe) that will hopefully make it a lot easier for you all.

As far as writing, I’m always open to suggestions. I’m always open to blog topic ideas too.
