Ronalfy.com Has a New Masthead
Ronalfy.com used to be defined by a reflective pair of glasses. Now every time you come to my website, you get to see a nice illustration of me.
The header’s a bit taller now, but I’m hoping it’s a nice trade-off since the logo gives a good idea of who I am once you visit.
Any feedback is appreciated.
My friend Roger Hunter drew the illustration. Thank you so much Roger.

Looking good, Ronalfy. The pic is a nice touch and it is definitly more “you” than the glasses. Yeah, pun intended.

I want a laptop too that says Ronalfy. Or maybe “Bes is the Best!” or something.

Waayyyyy cool. Congrats! It’s very artsy! Also something I’ve been in search of this entire week looking for a new blogset theme with masthead/banner but haven’t found any as yet that I’ve fallen in love with except those who charge an arm and a leg. Give your friend a huge pat on the back!!!

Oops, I placed a comment within brackets at the end of my post above not realizing it would not accept it.
Comment was … wonders if ronalfy’s friend Roger is looking for another blog to beautify? It doesn’t hurt to ask right? lol

Grandma,
Thank you for the comment on the masthead/banner. I’ll run your comment by Roger. He’s really glad people have liked it so far. I did pay him for it, although it wasn’t nearly enough to cover the amount of effort he put into it.
Thanks for stopping by.

I like it. It makes the site look more inviting (which is obviously important for encouraging new visitors to look around). It also makes it more personable.
Did you design the rest of the site? It’s unique and functional, which I like.

Beppo,
The goal was to make it more inviting and personable. Thank you for the feedback.
I did design the site. A lot of the extra functionality comes in the form of WordPress plugins, but overall I designed the look and feel.
Thank you for the compliment on the site’s look and functionality. *blush*

Have you ever used blogger/blogspot? I was just curious if you had and you prefer wordpress. This is my first blog, so I have no experience outside Google’s blogger.
