Weekend Survey: What’s one thing you would like to know about me?
I’m experimenting with Weekend Surveys to see how they are received on this blog. I got the idea after reading Shawn Blanc‘s blog.
I’m trying to create a better about section, and I’m just curious if there is anything you would like to know more about me.
So I ask the first Weekend Survey question: What’s one thing you would like to know about me? I will try my best to respond to each and every question asked.
If you’re curious, the picture is of me and my siblings (Stephanie and Jacob). I’m on the right. ![]()

I want to know your opinions on the original Contra, and if you remember the code to get unlimited lives?

Shawn,
I can’t say I’ve ever played Contra.
When I was young, I spent my hours playing Rick Dangerous. I also played Altered Beast and Golden Axe.

How about this: what is one good memory you have from each place you have lived? (let’s see…Philipines, Las Vegas, Alaska, Colorado Springs, Phoenix, Texarkana, Huntsville…did I get them all?)
Here ya go, Shawn.

Cetroyer,
I could write a whole post about that
Tonopah, Nevada — Scaring off our cat Spaghetti.
Angeles City, Philippines — Giving a filipino girl a bike ride and getting a kiss on the cheek as a thank you.
Las Vegas, Nevada — Playing baseball in the tennis courts of our apartment complex with a tennis racket and tennis balls.
Fairbanks, Alaska — Riding my bike down the sidewalks in May.
Springfield, Colorado — Driving down Ball Park Road with the lights off going as fast as possible.
Phoenix, Arizona — Eating a habanero in Einstein’s Bagels with three of my friends.
Texarkana, Texas — Playing football in the park on Saturday mornings.
Huntsville, Alabama — Going to see my favorite band.

Ha ha, that habanero time was great. Proved we were men. Men with very upset stomachs. And to think I had to watch Blade Runner that evening. Bad combination.

Cetroyer,
You would have had a bad enough night just watching Blade Runner. I hope it wasn’t voluntary.
