Not Enough Time…
Ever since I posted a preview of my new website layout, I’ve been working on the skeleton code to run it. It turns out my layout choice is not an easy one to accomplish (at least not the way I want it). The layout is so complicated (and unique) to implement, I’m attempting to write an A List Apart article to describe how to do it. If A List Apart doesn’t publish it, I’ll probably just publish the article here. I don’t have hardly any technical articles on my blog, but that may change. I’ll probably keep the technical articles off the home page and allow the archives to pick them up.
Cetroyer is finally back in the States. We talked about the future of the Forums. Ever since I upgraded the software back in January (of 06) I’ve been contemplating whether I made the right decision. Participation has died. Not that it’s anybody’s fault, though. I’m just a not big enough draw for an active forum. I’ll keep it around for a while, but you can consider it abandoned. As I launch my new layout, I’ll set the forums to a default skin and use it as a support basis if I start with my technical articles.
This weekend Sarah and I are going to Six Flags! It’s been a while since I’ve been to a Six Flags, but it should be fun. I’ll be sure to write about it when I come back. Don’t expect any blog entries until the end of this week.
